BC省地产协会预测：2021年房产价格上涨3.7%

近日，BC省地产协会（BCREA）颁布了2020年第三季度住房预测。
住宅销售今年预计将增长6.5%，至82,380套。2021年住宅销售预计将增长17.6%，至96,860套。
